Impactful Pokhara Dolphin Hunger Relief Event at Lakeside

The Pokhara Dolphin Hunger Relief program successfully brought essential food support to local families today. Our team at the Lions Club of Pokhara Dolphin organized this special food distribution initiative. We chose the Kopila Nepal facility in Pokhara-6, Lakeside, as the venue for this meaningful project.

This humanitarian event honors a very special occasion. We organized the distribution to mark the death anniversary of the late father of our esteemed member, Lion Ram Kumar Shrestha. Consequently, our members distributed various food items and nutritional supplies to individuals in need within the local Pokhara community. This effort directly supports the global Lions mission to fight hunger at a grassroots level.

A Milestone for the Pokhara Dolphin Hunger Relief Initiative

This specific Pokhara Dolphin Hunger Relief campaign holds deep meaning for our entire club network. It safely marked the final official program of President Surendra Baral’s highly successful leadership tenure.

Under his guidance, our club reached exciting new heights in community engagement. Therefore, the success of this final project serves as a wonderful testament to our collective dedication.

“I am incredibly proud and grateful today. My tenure as President ended on a beautiful, meaningful, and heartwarming note. Serving this wonderful community has been an absolute honor that I will cherish forever.” — Lion Surendra Baral, President

Special Recognition and Sincere Gratitude to Partners

The grand success of this final project required strong teamwork. The Lions Club of Pokhara Dolphin extends its deepest gratitude to every individual who contributed to this noble cause.

First, we thank our Past Presidents and Senior Lion Leaders. Thank you for your wonderful presence, continuous guidance, and unwavering support. Your mentorship remains the backbone of our ongoing success.

Next, we highlight Lion Tirtha Bahadur Thapa, the visionary founder of Kopila Nepal. We thank him and the entire Kopila Nepal family for their active participation and warm hospitality. They made this distribution seamless.

Finally, we thank our event coordinators and dedicated Lion members. Your hard work behind the scenes ensured smooth logistics today.

Because of collaborative efforts like these, we continue to fulfill our international motto with pride and empathy. We look forward to continuing this legacy of service next year.

We Serve!
