At MIRAI International, we believe success abroad starts with a healthy mind. We recently hosted a crucial Mental Health Awareness Program. This special event aimed to help our dedicated students who are moving to Japan. The successful event was a collaborative effort with the Lions Club of Pokhara Dolphin.

The vital session took place at their Chipledhunga office. The program featured the highly respected Dr. Mukesh Kumar Mallik as the keynote speaker. He shared excellent expert advice on managing the stress of moving to a new country. We want our students to be academically ready and mentally strong for the journey ahead.

Supporting Students for Life in Japan

Moving to a new country like Japan brings both exciting opportunities and unique challenges. Cultural adjustments and academic pressures can often cause stress for young scholars. Therefore, this Lions Mental Health Program focused heavily on building emotional resilience and teaching practical coping mechanisms.

Dr. Mukesh Kumar Mallik discussed the importance of maintaining open communication with family and peers. He also shared helpful mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety in unfamiliar environments. The students participated actively, asking insightful questions about life and mental well-being in Japan.

A Collaborative Success

An impactful educational initiative like this requires strong community partnerships. We extend a very special thanks to the Lions President and the entire team involved. Their dedication made this event at the Chipledhunga office a grand success.

MIRAI International and the Lions Club of Pokhara Dolphin remain deeply committed to student welfare. We believe that preparing students mentally ensures a brighter, more successful future abroad. Together in service, we continue to empower the next generation of global citizens.
